Q: Im trying to place an order at the check-out page but I cant proceed because the page keeps asking me to choose a delivery method, but under the Delivery Methods heading it only says "* A member of the team will contact you"?

 

A: Sometimes if the page is refreshed or if you leave the check-out page and come back this may happen. In order to solve this check and then uncheck the Use this address for shipping box located under the Billing address form. Then fill in your information and enter your postal codes without spaces (i.e. H1H2B2)

 

 

Q: Im Placing an order but Im not given a calendar to choose my delivery date. Instead I am provided with an expedited delivery option (i.e. expedited parcel 1 - 4 business days)?

 

A; You will only be able to choose a delivery date if your item is to be delivered to the Island of Montreal, Laval, Longueuil, Brossard, Saint-Hubert, Greenfield Park, Saint-Lambert and Boucherville. Please enter the delivery postal code without spaces (ex: H1H2B2).
